I think you'd have better luck if you'd use an escrow... It might come in handy for future tests to... Deposit 0.1 to an escrow, let him confirm he's an escrow for all your (future) threads. You can still pay everybody from your own wallet, but at least everybody knows they'll get payed in case you default, disappear,...
You're asking 0.001 (basically .25$) to be deposited first, and promise 0.002BTC when the task is complete. I've actually seen scammers scamming for such low numbers, and even tough 25 dollarcents means nothing to me, i will not send anything to somebody i don't fully trust, so a potential scammer doesn't get an incentive to scam again...
