i think you should limit the newbie participants applying on your signature campaign. its not good if your project is full of newbie's.

It is structured in a way that stakes scale up quickly though to compensate those who have been members for a long time. Also, in defense of the Newbies, a number of our team members have been viewing bitcointalk since 2012-2013 and not posted, so some people who come up as Newbies are not necessarily and the great thing about this forum is that you see some insightful posts from people of all ranks.

We will definitely consider limiting it in numbers though.
