If you have complains, you can send them a personal message yourself. And about the exchange, still there is no confirmed exchange for this SGG coin.

If you're still waiting for your rewards, you can send a personal message to the manager. But make sure that you have given them your correct ETH address.

If you only check your balance in myetherwallet then do not forget to add custom token detail. Sometimes, some coin remains invisible without custom details
