Yes, you need to make at least 10 quality posts in a week to be eligible for a reward until the end of ICO which is on October 31st.

As far as we can see in the spreadsheet, everything is updated in there for you (see the picture) and everything you made is counted.
Please let us know if something is still wrong!

Regarding the strict rules: we didn't change anything in there, and yes, we want everybody to follow all the rules including the small details. Because this is important for us to make it efficient, also we don't see any difficulties to fulfill all the rules, it's not really a heavy job. But we want to make it more and more efficient, so please let us know your feedback, and we appreciate your support, thank you for it!
