Also, am I going to get paid for the current term even if I don't reach 30 posts? it's not possible to make 30 posts during the first week if you join mid term, I would like to get paid for the effort, then on the next terms I will be able to make 30 posts.
I have also mentioned that the target for this week, because we started on Wednesday is 2/3 of the weekly posts (so 20 posts) in order to get paid on Wednesday.
So you have until Sunday night to get as many quality posts as you can WITHOUT spamming. 30 posts is what's expected but 20 is the limit for what we will pay on this Wednesday. If you get 3 posts, you get 10% of the pay but will roll over for the next Sunday.

If I will post 30 quality posts till Sunday, I will only get paid for the 20 posts on Wednesday then the remaining 10 posts will roll over for the next Sunday so on Monday, I already have 10 posts and I only need 20 more posts till next Sunday to get paid next week? Am I correct?
Following your example, if you do 10 posts by this Sunday, you will still get paid for them, but only on the next scheduled payment (Nov 29th), not this Wednesday (Nov 22nd).
However, because we're entering a full week of the campaign, you will need to do 30 posts/week in ordered to get paid and stay in the campaign. So on next Wednesday (Nov 29th) you will be paid for the 30+10 posts.
