By asking KYC to Bounty Hunters you are violating the pact that you have made with the community of the Bounty Hunters. This pact was clearly stated in the OP many months ago and did not include any KYC for bounty hunters. Violating the pact that YOU have made with the bounty hunters makes you a scammer - by definition.
There are many reasons why people may not want to go for a KYC. Simple privacy concerns, a matter of principle, or perhaps they don't want to run the risk that people would discover the fact that they have promoted a project which involves sex and pornography. In any case, it's their business if they want or don't want to undergo a KYC. By notifying them now, in the last moment, and not from the beginning, you did not give them the possibility to chose. You are letting them without any choice, thus committing an abuse which is tasting of blackmail: either they bend to your sudden request, to which they have never agreed upon, or you steal their money.
These are the bare facts.
The reason that you are mentioning about your anti-laundering policy sounds like just a pretext, since it is not clear how bounty hunters would be at risk of laundering money by receiving what's due for their work.
The fact that many bounty hunters have already bend to your request (your blackmail), doesn't make your actions more legit at all.

The Live stars team are smart scammers. They obliged bounty hunters that are not investors to do KYC but gives an exception to those investors that invested $10k below that should do the KYC in the first place who are the real purchasers.

These greedy bastards just don't want to pay us, who worked for many months and some even for half a year. This is what all other scammer ICOs do usually.
