Soft cap and hard cap in ETH was used because alot of ICO listings requested the hard cap in ETH. Some requested in USD. Seems users want this information in ETH.

No the idea is anyone can contribute, the machine does the basic work but never gets it 100% so if you speak english and someone sends you a message in Spanish machine translates to English sends message and you read it but its not 100% because you english you can fix the english as long as you understand enough of what he is trying to say.
Then when you reply he reads it in spannish but its not perfect because its machine translated and he can correct the spanish side and submit this correction.
Our platform concept is the first in the world, contributions like this are fed back to our algorithm and used to update the understanding of the machines translation, each correction then improves the model as data is fed in, this creates a never ending improvement model for machine translation that eventually theoretically could eventually be 99.9% correct even thou its still a machine.
