Thus why feedbacks are important after the first week of bounty; otherwise how participants would know their progress, sometimes managers don't even care about tracking each week or updating spreadsheets!

Exactly, Feedback is important at least after the first week of participation, in that way the bounty manager DO NOT make people waste their time! that is just a little respect, supporters deserve!
