4.Post should be 50+ characters long. Shorter posts will not be considered.
4.It is preferable to write in English-speaking branches, threads of other ICO.

I also don't see the any junior member ban from the bounty, meanwhile I don't see the reward for junior members on the first page of this bounty thread.

As I understand, they can post but shouldn't get any reward.
