yes this is better, but as a bounty hunter myself, i suggest that you need to be more specific about what dates do we need to comment our update here, i believe its every sunday right ? . And lastly, create a code like this for guide on how to do it.

for me every 2 weeks report is okay. But what we dont understand is, why do we still need to post here if we already submitted the links on forms ?plus, we dont really understand what you are referring for when you said "post any shares in this thread". Are you talking about the links that we shared on the form ? i dont think so, this is confusing. I suggest that you delete the "post any shares in this thread" there and everything will be fine.
