I don't know why but they don't appear to like responding to my emails. Sometimes I can get a hold of them on the telegram channel and get some things fixed temporarily but it always get screwed up again. I just wish these things would go a little quicker because I have no idea if this will be worth the effort in the end. Signature space is valuable so it would be nice to know what the reward is going to be to verify if the campaign is worth the space.
The whole bounty budget is 1,5% from $1M = $22 500 will be devided among few hundred participants. Do the math.
It's way more than a few hundred. And, that's what induces the question because we don't know how many participants there are right now. It could be a few million, in which case each of us would receive a minuscule award. So, inserting unknowns into a mathematical function as though they were constants is not sound reasoning. And, 0.015 * $1,000,000 = $15,000; not $22,500. Maybe you should do the math.
Did you concede the argument or just get bored with the project? So, $15,000/200 = $75, but $15,000/20 = $750. What's your point? We still don't know, and that's my point.
Yeah, you are right, it's $15 000 so even worse. I made my point, no reason to drag it over - point being there are lots of other bounty campaigns where you can earn way more, so I skipped this one.
Oh, I thought you were taking their side. Looking back, I should have passed on this one too but I am stuck with it for another week. I am hoping that participation was low because everybody else passed too, calculated risk. It would be nice to know the level of participation because it's not transparent the way it is now.
