No dream is too big and no dreamer is too small

That was two years ago, I'm sure he learn his lesson and as we can see on his fights after that, he had 3 straight wins, 2 are in KO and one is Split decision against his fellow Filipino Boxer. The last one is something very impressive, it's probably the reason why he was given a break on becoming a top contender against Jason Moloney. I believe it's a 50/50 fight but we are lucky that we can get an odds of an underdog.

Yeah, he had 3 fights after that but he hasn't a boxer with big name in the boxing industry.  This will be his next attempt after losing to Donaire if we are talking about real challenge. His last match was pretty much impressive, so you can see that he really have the skills to KO someone even in the early rounds. However, this one is a championship fight, he is the challenger so I'm sure he'll be very careful right from the get go, being careless like what happened against Donaire might lead to another KO loss, although his opponent though doesn't have a high KO percentage but he has KO wins, so it's still possible.

As a Filipino I will support Reymart Gaballo here, so I voted for "Reymart Gaballo by knockout".
Same here. But even if I'm not a Filipino, I might still bet on him as he has an impressive record. He's the underdog with very attractive odds, that's another thing.

Reymart is still very young, so there's a lot of promise for his career. Yes, that lost to another Filipino is a learning experience for him during that time. He was fighting one of the legends of Filipino boxing in Nonito and he is just unlucky that during that time, Donaire still can still pull the trigger. But Reymart has bounce back already from that L and now this year will have a great chance again to become a champion. Although every time you go to the champion's backyard and fight, you really need to win impressively and knock him out so that there will be no "home cooking" just like what happen to Manny in Australia against Jeff Horn.

Gaballo's only loss came from Donaire, resulting in a KO. If he avoided Donaire, he could've kept his undefeated record. But nope, he went for the higher risk. With 22 KOs out of 27 fights, he's a tough dude for Jason Moloney, who hasn't won a KO victory since 2022.

I think he can't avoid to fight Donaire that time, it was mandated by the governing bodies and so he has to face the Filipino Flash and it was an ugly result as Donaire's experience and power was too much for Reymart that time.

The fight got announced recently, so we're waiting for the betting odds as it gets closer. Lesser-known fights don't attract bookies early, so it's tough to bet ahead. Both fighters got time to prep, and fingers crossed, no more delays. Can't wait for Gaballo to win this one!

Imagine both Gaballo and Ancajas winning, giving us two Filipino champs in the division. That'd be pretty cool, right?

Not far from happening, the Philippines hasn't had any champions, or if ever they had, it was just short-lived unlike before wherein it was a golden era for them when they had a lot of great champions lead by the Filipino legend Manny Pacquiao and Donaire. So it's about time that someone from the PH will raise their flag again with Gaballo and Ancajas fighting for the championship belt this year.

It seems like most of us here voted for Gaballo to win by KO.

I added to the vote, and it's now 5 or 83.3% of the total votes. It's not because we are biased; it's because we believe that he will win. Jason Moloney, who is the champion, is not as intimidating as Inoue was when he was still in this division. So, I guess Gaballo is ready to take on the challenge, and his loss to Donaire is a learning experience.

I assume that with this recent win, where he KO'd his opponent in round 1, it would make him more dangerous, and his confidence is likely very high going into this fight. He seems hungrier now, knowing that a win here will make him a champion again.

This is the fight I'm referring, a round 1 KO by him.

After knocking out his Thai foe in the first round, Reymart Gaballo earns the right to face and challenge Jason Moloney for the WBO Bantamweight belt. This fight will serve as the main undercard of the fight between Kambosos vs Lomachenco.

For sure many Filipino fans will be rooting for Gaballo to win this one as Moloney is very beatable.

What are your thought guys of this fight?

If I am. Or mistaken the Filipino fighter reymart gaballo has already 28 total matches which is one of that matches is loss. But that's not the point here the experience is there so without a doubt this will be a good fight as we all know that Jason Maloney has 29 games in his professional record which pretty good experience as well. But I think the Filipino fighter will be the underdog here since Maloney have already his name in boxing career and he is popular in some countries.

It is an even fight but I believe Graballo's power is enough to subdue Maloney, this is a must-watch fight because both fighters love to slug it out, between the two Graballo has an edge in power I hope he'll take out Maloney so Filipinos will have a new champion, I hope he will be more defensive because in his only loss, Donaire caught him with a wicked punch in the body.

Don't misspell his name mate.  Grin It's Gaballo, not Graballo. It would be another boxer with a different spelling.

Well, according to their statistics, Gaballo has a high KO rate since he has an 81% KO rate, while Moloney has only 70% KO rate.
As we can see, there's a big disparity in terms of KO wins, so if this fight will end up in KO, it will easily goes to Gaballo wining here.

We can check their respective stats, maybe there's something we can add here from that stats.

I saw the fight and it was one of the shortest fights I had seen it was like ten seconds the Thai did not even had a chance to throw a punch

This is the video of that fight, it's an easy fight for Graballo the Thai guy has a good record but in his last 5 fights he has 2 losses one coming from knock out and he is already 40 years old The promoters pick a weak opponent for Graballo and this is not good.

It seems like most of us here voted for Gaballo to win by KO. Well, I can't blame the guys for voting, as I'm pretty much aware that we have a lot of Gaballo supporters here. I would be happy to see if the odds are 3:1, just like the odds for Ancajas vs. Inoue. If only the odds were out early, I could possibly try to parlay (Gaballo + Ancajas) to win in their respective fights as the challengers. As to the record of Jason Moloney, I see nothing special on his past fights, my confidence is very high for Gaballo to take the belt from him.

Great chance for Reymart to become a champion again after falling to Donaire. I think he can beat Moloney as the latter is not so technical. Moloney was KO by Naoya Inoue, so he is not on the level of Inoue which I think Gaballo can also KO him. I'm interested on the betting odds of this fight, perhaps Gaballo will be the underdog, and I'm sure will bet on him to win by KO.
It looks like Reymart will have big chance of getting the championship belt again by defeating Moloney and this is Reymart opportunity to take revenge for his failure when he was defeated by Donaire.
In this fight, Moloney will be under pressure from Reymart because it is certain that Reymart is more careful and he is also boxer who has managed to win 90% by knockout.
Only one who managed to beat him was Donaire and it was truly surprising fight.
I think the reason why Moloney will feel the pressure is not because Gaballo is more careful but due to the aggressiveness of Gaballo. That is his trademark, he always go for a knockout, that's why he loss to Donaire because Donaire was able to predict him and uses his counter punching trademark as well. Moloney here doesn't have the skills of Donaire, so I'm sure it's not hard for Gaballo to win.

But I wouldn't be surprised if the Filipino will be the underdog.
of course he will be.
Of course he will really be the favorite in this fight, he has also been able to prove his prowess in the ring with the various wins and titles he has previously achieved.
Maybe just a slight favorite, but I would be happy to take an odds of +110 for Gaballo to win the fight.

If I'm not mistaken, Jason Moloney beat Vincent Astrolabio for the WBO World Bantam (vacant). So it's interesting that his first defense will be against another Filipino in Gaballo. I have no doubt that Reymart is a great boxer, but the experience of Moloney, having been with Naoya Inoue and Emmanuel Rodriguez which he lost, it will be very hard for Reymart to overcome that.

Plus this is going to be in Australia, so the homecourt advantage will be on Moloney obviously. I'm seeing Gaballo as maybe 3:1 underdog here?

Of course for Filipino supporters, it will be good, but again, gonna be difficult for him to overcome this odds, in my opinion. And he needs to be a brawler here, Moloney loves to engage so maybe that will be his change, to hit Moloney flush in the chin and maybe score a stoppage or knockout. That's the only way I see him winning here.

Great to hear that Gaballo will have another crack on the belt, he was touted to be the next Filipino champion, but unfortunately, he faces Donaire and was knockout. So far no odds from our favorite crypto sports bookies.

But I wouldn't be surprised if the Filipino will be the underdog. I think it will be good for him, as we all know that Filipino has as a big heart and I will give Gaballo a chance here. Moloney is tough no doubt about it, he has been in a lot of wars, and so his body could have take a toll already and if Gaballo's power hit that chin, I'm seeing that Moloney going to the canvass.
