People are dumping now, and rebuying altcoins. Thats how they play the hide and seek games with in the crypto world.

The bubble that will pop is the fiat bubble. When that happens, Bitcoin will soar momentarily (for a few days or weeks) before the big economic crash sets in. He who is ready and watching might be able to cash in fast enough to get himself some land and equipment, to live through the chaos that will erupt following the fiat crash.

I have been waiting for a dip on the price but to my surprise, Bitcoin does not crash after the announcement of the segwit2x cancellation.  I think Bitcoin had somehow stabilized in $7,000 and the hype had not fade yet.  I do agree that it will even go higher before seeing another huge dip from it (correction or ballon popping) Bitcoin going crazy and go up really high  and down really low is not a new scene.

Went down from 7,700 to 7,200 in one hour and is barely holding.

Um, did you not notice the extremely tumultuous news that caused it? There's a good reason it did what it did and it's not much to do with market sentiment. I doubt the market knows how to digest anything right now so let's sit back and see over a short period of time before declaring anything.

First of all I don't think it is a bubble. Secondly it didn't go down. It went up if you compare the price with 10 days ago. Why do you compare price with 2 hour before?

This hard fork cancellation will definitely have an impact because people are greedy to buy more to get free coins and when they found out it is not going to happen they sell it.

I don't think it's a "Bubble" It's just that this Segwit2x cancellation was a bit of shock to some investors probably and they didn't know how to react to it.

Went down from 7,700 to 7,200 in one hour and is barely holding. It's time to *Crowd chimes in* "POP THAT BUBBLE"
Low key think it will drop at least 30% but could go as far as 50%, either way after this bubble pops, and we all have to agree it's gotta pop, Bitcoin will still be worth more than it's ever been. Hype.

Here we go again that everytime there is a large range of price decrease, it's now considered as end of those "bubble" thing that everyone called when the price is continously climbing. They forget how much the price increase and began worried and concerned on how much the price will dip.

Im sure the next concern would be, "is it time to enter" ; "or i will wait for more dip" etc etc etc.

Just watch these crazy price movements until it will slow down or have a one direction for about not that short period before we can conclude the output of this Segwit 2x cancellation.

btc prize is currently still on 7200$  Huh
so say whooo and not bubble pop Cheesy
soon we will reach the 10 000$ maybee before new year !

kind regards

No bubble popping or what so ever I really think bitcoin barely hangs on for dear life, it still struggles without the aid of segwit2x and right now there are many bitcoin enthusiast seeing that bitcoin will progress even more, we all had struggle a lot and manage our coins in reaching this height I think that it is OK to dump now but it is very hard considering the many users that bought Bitcoin are expecting a great income when the Fork occur,

Its been two hours and your so called bubble still hasnt popped. This might mean that 7000$ has become the new corrected price of bitcoin but its surely to early to predict this.

There will be a panic among the new investors who entered in the last few weeks.

50% is to much I think, but there will be a huge correction.

Bitfinex (EU time 0:00 am today-min) 7000 $
Bitfinex (EU time 6:30 pm today-max) 7900 $
Bitfinex (EU time 9:25 pm today-now) 7178 $

Price shows clearly the high volatility of the market. Nothing new. Just seems more impressive a daily change of 900$ (both down/uptrend).
But we are talking around 15% of the value of 1 btc Smiley . I don't see any surprise!

I don't think the news has spread wide enough yet for the crash. In the next few days, we can expect a correction as people panic sell

Bitcoin is just oscillating right now, albeit with huge variations between peaks & valleys.   I think if this thing is going to pop, there has to be some sort of event that does it, and right now the sentiment is so strong that bitcoin appears to be immune to even really bad news.   So while I don't necessarily disagree with you, I think we're going higher before we go lower.  *whew*.  What a ride!

You also forgot that it went from 7000 to 7700 in only a day.
The price is already back at 7400 at the same level it was 10 hours ago.

So your prediction is quite wrong only a few minutes after you made it.
How many times has the bubble popped lately? 100 or 1000 times?

"barely holding" - common, lock at the charts at repeat after me : "I won't start stupid topics again!!!".

Claims without any analysis backed up by facts would be another blind guessing. At this moment, the market would say no to your proposal and would love to keep holding on where it's at right now. As you said it, there's still too much hype surrounding BTC right now, and the FOMO hasn't even faded yet, so as of now, the supposed bitcoin bubble wouldn't pop YET, but somehow it has to go, I agree.
