Well i could suggest the following :
each 12 hours, you take a look at the wallet adresses that have been on the payout list .
Out of those addresses, you pick one random address, and that person wins a small jackpot (let's say 30% of the 3% fees)
that leaves you with 70% of fees to pay the server & do whatever you like
We're gonna need more miners for it to be a meaningful amount though.

Yeah you have to get a share in the p2pool before you get paid.
The accepted's you see in the miner are really just to measure your speed.
One lucky one will be a real share.
Also it will likely continue to pay out after you stop mining as long a you still have a share in the chain.

Ive been hashing away for over half and hour but I can not find myself on the stats page, Is this normal?
i didn't find myself in the first 45 mins either &suddenly i get a few payments in 10 seconds
