Cryptocurrency is increasingly getting into our everyday lives! A congressman in Brazil has recently proposed a bill to allow Brazilian citizens to choose whether to receive their payroll in cryptos or in fiat. If accepted, it will be an important step forward to total Bank independence.

Are you guys hoping for the same to happen in your country?
If this could be offered for me ? i will surely grab lol. since i have other way of getting funds for daily expenses i will choose accepting crypto as payments to be added in my holding.
in this way i don't need to spend transaction fees in exchanges because i will be directly receiving my payments in my wallet.

if the country is still developing and the payment for workers is still too small, I don't think it is worth paying with crypto. because usually their salary will always run out for their daily needs, it's no wonder they don't even have a salary left. paying using crypto will only add to the burden for them, it doesn't seem effective, other than maybe only those who have a certain salary, there must be criteria first.

Of course, that is not an option for many workers. Workers who receive the minimum wage in countries like Brazil would have no benefit at all to have their payroll in cryptos. I guess that a crypto payroll would be better suited to white collars and other workers with bigger salaries. Nevertheless, in case the law gets passed, they will always have the right to choose between fiat and crypto.

It would be interesting if BTC could enter Brazil, because Brazilians are very nationalistic, I have been in Brazil and they prefer to operate with their money, that is, Brazilian Reals, they prefer them even above the dollar, so if Brazilians begin to try BTC technology, this culture may change them completely, plus the advantage of all this is that Brazil is too big a country and if they are interested in BTC the demand will grow, causing the price to increase more.

Its a good thing that a Brazilian Congressman can be a good instrument to introduce bitcoin to his workers. And if these workers are willful to accept in btc payments, then i think there should be merchants too in Brazil who should start to accept btc payment so that these workers too will be able to spend their bitcoin to buy their necessities.

However, if i were one of the workers, i would be glad to accept btc because i can now invest in bitcoin and just hold it for future profits. And some of them might be converted into fiat too so i can also buy to sustain my basic needs.

I think that somehow Bitcoin has to enter all countries, whether by the induction of a politician or not, it is imperative that it happen, Brazil is a very large country, and Brazilians are very intelligent people who like technology, and yes The way to enter Brazil with BTC is that, well, let it be that way, when the BTC market enters it will have more demand (therefore Brazil is very large) and when entering with a lot of demand, the supply decreases and the price increases.

I think, it is big news.Brazilian congressman proposes payment Using bitcoin for workers. Brazil one of the biggest country Of source America . Brazil’s  want to uses bitcoin payment for workers. This i's great technology ever.I'm fully support with them. So This is great news.
You are probably not a person in the sphere of influence and aspects of you are just being very crypto friendly while Brazilian workers will have a different attitude and in my opinion, workers in Brazil have a higher demand for cash and more advanced will be payment via bank card, they can't stop at the congressman's decision because his education and politics may be progressive but working people don't inherit such a view. A few steps of updating also make the elderly confused, young people are also quite difficult even though they have much access to technology, this proposal is likely to be rejected soon

Brazil's congress proposes payment using bitcoin for workers. Maybe we have heard about this discourse in certain countries that want to use bitcoin as a means of payment for workers, but so far this proposal has not been realized, maybe there are several factors that influence this. such as getting a lot of rejection from the workers themselves or from the public.and we as bitcoin miners hope that this proposal can be realized in order to restore the stability of bitcoin prices on the global stock market so that it does not raise negative opinions about bitcoin if it is realized fully

Of course it's good news knowing that Brazil is starting to adopt crypto, it looks like Brazil wants to follow in El Salvador's footsteps. I also hope
my country does the same, because Bitcoin can prove to be a source of income and also to avoid inflation. I believe that more and more countries
will adopt crypto in the future, because crypto has proven to provide benefits for human life. The more positive news about crypto, this will make
the market more bullish, and will provide profits to investors who have hold Bitcoin for a long time. If my country adopts crypto, of course i also want
to try to buy stuff using crypto, it would be nice if when going to buy goods there was a crypto payment option.
Brazil is going into crypto it's big news as it's one of the biggest country in world by Area and having good population with some good things around even we have too many bad things as well but using crypto and doing some good for this is always very good and positive because this can bring some good impact on both crypto and Brazil which is rich in many ways.
After El Salvador now many countries in South America doing some good work for crypto, and they are bringing regulations for having some quick and secure way for using this all which is going to be very good for their economy with some good investment and new jobs which are always having good for any region.

Brazil is one of the most popular countries in South America, so the effect is quite large for other South American countries if it adopts crypto.
I believe what Brazil is doing by adopting crypto is very likely to be followed by other South American countries. Moreover, before that, there were
indeed many rumors saying that several South American countries had begun to be interested in adopting crypto. It seems the South American
country is quite open to crypto, which is a very good thing. All of this can be said to have started from the bold decision of the government of
El Salvador to legalize Bitcoin as a legal tender. Finally, it has made many South American countries interested in improving their economy
by adopting crypto. Hopefully this positive thing can spread to other continents, especially the continents of Asia and Africa, where there are
many countries with bad economies and very high inflation rates. I believe that the current global crisis can be overcome, one of them is
by adopting crypto.

Its great news for all those who have strong belief in future of crypto space. This great Technology is taking the whole world by storm. Elsalvador took the first leading step and made history. We will see many more counties follow their foot steps in coming months. Adopting crypto is best way to fight inflation and keep your assets value growing.

I'm not sure how much traction this will end up getting in Brazil but if it does then it opens up a huge untapped market that will be a major boost. While these are certainly headline capturing announcements, I fear that it is all about getting popularity for these individual politicians after they've seen how being controversial can get votes. It needs thorough thought by the central bank of any country, rather than just pronouncements by publicity whores. It can work as long as it does not add any extra costs to the current model and would be beneficial to a big enough percentage of the population who might be struggling with the original banking system - security will also need to be well thought out.

good news for them, people who dont know about will played by it, they must gain new experience to discover something new.
in my country, they dont have any significant move about bitcoin. and some big party who have role with religion, prohibit to use it because of any reason.
Possible reason?

Its not regulated
Volatile
Decentralized

This is where people would be eyeing on and its good that there are places on the world which do recognized out on using Crypto as a payment to its workers.Yes its a good add up but doesnt
mean that they would really be that easy to be adopted and for sure there would be lots would complaint because people arent get used to something which is volatile
and they've been used to stable but its really a good kind of exposure when it comes to crypto which would add up on the level of adoption.
For now lets just take it as a good news.

This is actually one of those news that I am looking forward to.

But in order for this to happen, cryptocurrencies must be categorized and recognized as legal tender before they can be given as a choice in payment for the salary of workers. In the laws of the Philippines, the law strictly mandates employers and businesses to pay its workers using the recognized legal tender in the country, which is fiat. If Congress were to implement this change, they would have to pass a law amending such section of the Labor Code and also passing a law recognizing cryptocurrencies as a form of legal tender.

While this change is very promising, this will pass through several readings and developments that the government must concur with the change. If I were in the position of these workers in Brazil, I would opt to choose 50/50 division of salary.
That's a better division i guess since Brazil has not yet adopted crypto as a legal tender. So one needs to cater with his own needs through fiat and for a good investment such as crypto. But if ever Brazil is going to accept crypto in the near future, then i would love to accept all my salaries in crypto. My plan is to make a good investment in crypto and just buy and hold a portion of bitcoin with an amount i can afford to lose. Even if i don't do much about it, the fact that i'm already expecting profits in the near future will give me more confidence and creates more interest in crypto. And maybe by that time once crypto is legal, there will also various exchanges to which i can convert some of my crypto into fiat in times emergencies arise.

It is clear that for the advancement of bitcoin a plan like this is very good if it can be done with the aim of advancing the economy of workers or governments. but maybe it will just depend on the workers who can decide, because for the third world a lot of income is still used up only for daily needs or paying the proposed credit. only certain levels may be able to save funds from salary in savings.

there is a separate polemic if in my country something like this will be applied, there will definitely be rejection from the workers. because most workers still earn below the average salary received by developed countries, aka most of them will be used up for living necessities in a month. maybe it can be done to a certain level and quite a lot in my country.

I'm happy for the workers.
It's a good thing people have started to accept bitcoin payments or are going mainstream with this method of payment.
Was he suggested by someone to make this mode of payment mainstream?

Volatility is the big thing into consideration when one agree to get paid in terms of Bitcoin. However it is all about the true willing of the person receiving it. The interest of people on cryptocurrency as an investment is high. This mentality will make people restrict themselves from the unexpected needs and make the regular salary's major portion as investment.
