Why do people like the Bolsheviks have the ability to rise to power in the first place? It's because in the beginnings of their power they use some of the best laws around. Why do they ultimately fail? Because they transgress the best laws themselves, just like the rest of the people.

Because the nation of Ancient Israel, the people who were given these laws directly by God through Moses, fell time after time when they turned away from these laws, and came back to power when they obeyed the laws again. Why? Because these laws are essentially the way that nature works.
When the whole world blatantly disobeys these best laws, without any evidence of turning back to them, then the second coming of Christ will occur.
