Seems like this is paypal attempting to either

a) Get into the lucrative bitcoin market

OR

b) Stay relevant by incorporating bitcoin. it's probably true that bitcoin would render paypal useless, so incorporating bitcoin paypal could be a last ditch effort to remain relevant going forward  into the next 10 years.

where is that divest idiot now?

lol, +1, very typical kinda post you find around a bottom

Well, I'd be careful... I wouldn't say he's an idiot or anything. He makes a pretty strong case, in my opinion. We don't freaking know, whether Bitcoin will be easy enough to use or whether people actually want to use it! I think it's safest to hedge according to your own level of willingness to risk losing your money.

Huh, it really seems legit. This is incredible. And yet everyone's puzzled. Another dropping Monday and pow, freaking PayPal includes freaking Bitcoin. I'm puzzled to say the least. This is great, but... wow... Really?

...psss also Ebay.

Yeah, eBay is another big factor, this is effectively incredible! But there are some questions remaining: Do merchants have to opt-in? Will they get the BTC or are those being converted to FIAT? What about price swings,....

300 ? This should be good ? no ?

yes we had half a year of good news non-stop. the joke was that judging by the current valuation, good news only have negative effect on the price for some reason. so sell all before more good news.

Actually, the growing gap between valuation based on bitcoin wide adoption and severely unrelated price is what will lead to explosive growth, soon.

Ha, just imagine how things would look if there weren't even those good news. Things are dire, but they could be worse. At least the infrastructure and ecosystem grew at a fast pace over the last 6-9 months. I guess the price will pick up after some time, too.
