Thanks a lot. We really do need help. I ripped out most of the floor last weekend and now have some 22mm chipboard lying loose on the joists whilst I do some work strengthening the joists. If we don't win I will still renovate the kitchen but it will take me another 10-12 months, and a lot of favours from friends.

Voted. I actually think you might have a good chance with that one haha. I was expecting it to be just a typical student shithole kitchen, but yours literally does need need renovating. It just looks like a garage with a kitchen sink.
