So the confirmed coins displayed at the moment doesn't take in account all submitted shares ? I have a lot of accepted shares but my confirmed balance doesn't increase.

why dont you ban those doing 110 mh/s since they already got all blocks?

Latency is more important than hashrate... I have a few workers at different locations and the largest one has almost only rejected shares because the network there has more latency.
