I don't think there is any way to stop hogging by one miner as the coin is for PoW.
But it indicates at least there are not many people interested in this coin. And possibly will be forgotten eventually like other many coins if it happens longer and the majority of coins are only in the foundation and another single wallet.
Hope Brownie does not end in that way.

I think million coins will give The Brownie Foundation enough to get people to start using brownies as a payment system in the classroom, work and home. We would also like to have a store front where you can trade your coins for a real brownie. hence Brownie Coin (BRC) being the only currency that is backed by brownies.

4/20 - every brownie coin will get you a Chocolate bud brownie
12/24 - 12/25 - 1 brownie coin will get you a Christmas brownie
