Bestchange is a site to compare exchange platforms with each other and not an Exchange platform, it is more like google for cryptocurrency exchange platforms and you can list your site with it (if you like.)
Now we move on to the point I mentioned, Why your exchange rate is less than a lot of platforms, I have mentioned several platforms that give you higher prices (from 3.7 to 3.48) and I will add some examples away from Bestchange:

My point: Fees are not important compared to the exchange rate, your exchange rate is less than many platforms, which makes many people avoid your platform.
Next point is trust: I did not find any feedback for your exchange service on many platforms other than Trustpilot. I suggest that you ask the trusted members of this forum to try your platform, or some articles.
