Hmm, I may be old fashioned and I do admit not much experience, but every casino (talking about normal ones as well, not just crypto) I played on (like 5-10), never had free promo money that I could just withdraw without anything *scratches his head, thinking*

It is probably not because of ill manners or troubles but I think its because of bad English. I don't know where the developers are from but it seems like they know how to develop a casino very well, it looks well developed and features are great but when you look at the design and the English level used it looks like not so good.
So, I can't guarantee they are legit of course but it looks like many of the troubles might come from not understanding English very well. Otherwise I do not think any sane casino would not put a rule like "can't withdraw before playing" type deal since it would really hurt any casino no matter how well established it is and this is not even that established yet. That is why I think the main problem can't be just ill mannered TOS since it would kill the casino right away.

Indeed the free bet is free means that players may get it without depositing but there it is pointless as players need to wager with deposit money to unlock the bonus. Being inactive won't help you achieve your goal in.crypto gambling. Experienced developers won't take too much time to update or fix and issue if there's any issue that the site is having. I know it's not easy to be a developer but I can see another developera fix their site's problems much faster when someone reported a bug or something or they find it themselves.

I am just digging out their post history and wondering how serious they were about their business. They had recommended their house twice in gambling discussion board and then gone inactive for six months then in last January started this games and rounds topic.

I compare all feedbacks in here at I think it differs from browsers. Some browsers doesn't have any problem accessing the site and runs smoothly just like one I use right now which is firefox browser. Most of the browser had their own fearure to block websites that they think it's risky to access.
