Could Bitcoin's price return to $300 again this year?

$3000?
It could but it wont happen, bitcoin will continue to survive and continue to achieve the peak. I don’t see that dumped price, its pretty low for bitcoin and its pretty low for a whales which will make them lose big money. They will pump it as expected, calm down now because the price is ok again.

I think he fixed the headline as 3000 because that is more realistic. 300 dollars is way improbable looking at the price right now, I mean bitcoin is around 9-10 thousand dollars right now, that is more than 97% loss in bitcoin alone (considering altcoins that will go down with it, that would be billions of dollars lost).

We do have a lot of corporation money in bitcoin as well, people with billions of dollars investing some portion of their money (a small portion) and if price goes down 97% they will lose their money just like we lose ours as well but they would lose a lot more because they are whales ( I love bitcoins equality in that way), hence I doubt it would be 300, however a case could be made for 3000 dollar levels, it reached there before so why shouldn't go back, it was like that just couple months ago.

Remember that expression - If wishes were horses, beggars might ride. That is what is applicable to you question. It's not ever going to happen. I used the word "EVER" because for that price to happen it simply means that the crypto industry will have to collapse. Look at the current market dominance with Bitcoin having around 63% while the rest shares 38%. For Bitcoin which currently sits at $10k+ to revert to $300, that means the obituaries of all the altcoins would've been announced long time ago.

Although this is unrealistic topics but it might happened. But look like you are on dream and most likely your dream isn't going to happen on this year at least. What I believe, we might not see bitcoin at $3K anymore at this year (just my opinion).

I'm with you on this one and considering bitcoin just left that price range couple of months ago during the bear market don't think we'll ever go that low again. A more realistic price would be between the $5000+ price range that's if bitcoin was to experience any further bear market before the ever expecting bull market occuring hopefully before and after the halving event. The funny thing is that, most individuals hopefully for bitcoin to fall that low again won't still buy if it does occur due to fear it might go down more or just mere procrastination.

We can't predict exactly what will happen.

Although I don't know the purpose of the question, YES, it will return to $300. Prepare your big money and participate in the biggest cheap sale for the first time since 2015.

I just don't know when but just wait for it. Your effort of waiting will be paid off.

If tired of waiting, then changed plans.

-_-

I don't think that we will reach those levels again.
We have passed them and we don't come back again. There are already so many supports built that would never allow reach a level of 300. Only with a massive panic selling this is going to happen, but that has so little possibilities.

Funny how the bear threads pop up from new accounts, thinking they can generate fear and manipulate the market more. See you @ 20k end of 2019  Cool

Agreed that this is a ridiculous lawl thread but I think 2020 is a more realistic target date for a new ATH.

My guess is 2021 for 6 digits.

the price is headed towards the ATH that we had before meaning to $20000 and now you are waiting for a drop and not just any normal drop a ridiculously big drop!!!

so let me ask you this, are you new to any market in general?

If we are going to based on his account, then obviously we can say that he is a newbie. In any case though, getting back to the last all-time-low is very possible. I mean Bitcoin is a speculative asset, however, since we are in a bullish sentiments already, chances are it will be very hard to see that price going that low, unless there is a massive FUD we've never seen before that could bring the price to a 30%-50% downward spiral.

Perhaps the OP just miss his/her opportunity to really buy Bitcoin at its last cheap price and we may never see the price go back to that levels again.

Could Bitcoin's price return to $300 again this year?

It could go to 0 or to 100,000,000+++++++

With how the US goverment is playing its cards it is more likely to become worth nothing than something in the future, for they will not allow it.

But who the fuck cares

what is 300 x 0 ?
what is 3,000 x 0 ?
what is 30,000,000 x 0?

0

Fiat price does not matter, it`s a $cam and not only a $cam it is $lavery to pay people it for you give them nothing in exchange for their limited time/work/goods and services.

1 bitcoin = 1 bitcoin and in the future it will be worth time.

SPOILER: USD IS A FINANCIAL INSTITUTION, SO WHEN YOU TRADE ON BINANCE YOU ACTUALLY ARE USING TWO FINANCIAL INSTITUTION`S AND VOIDING THE P2P ASPECT WHICH IS THE WHOLE POINT OF BITCOIN, PISSING ALL OVER SATOSHI`S GRAVE
Few of us understand bitcoin in this way and majority value bitcoin base on it dollars values. I think people has really changed that p2p idea the founder has to investments tools or business. We now buy bitcoin in other to make profits and not for transactions purpose. It is sad that it has to be in this way but we still have very little to do on this.

$3000?
It won't happen, you are late to buy bitcoin at the lower price exactly in two month back bitcoin was still in $3000 but its price has increased and has touched $13.000 a few weeks ago. The price bitcoin is not volatile as you think, fall for almost 80% and after that rise 80% too. There is fundamental factor, when you found a big news such as regulation from the country who has a high effecf such US government then the price will down or up drastically depend on the news itself.

why do you want bitcoin at the price of $ 300, why not buy it later at the price of $ 30k this year, I think it's better before you miss the train, if you still want the price of $ 300, you can choose ETH and it's still under the price of $ 300

Could Bitcoin's price return to $300 again this year?

No, it’s near impossible to return to that price but I think you probably know this & are posting this to try & create FUD.
A lot of post like this in the past 2 days and I can really say that it can affect the behaviour of many newbies. The price of bitcoin will not go back to where it started, its been 10 years and we made a lof of changes now is not the right time to give up with bitcoin, it should go up. If the bottom is around $9k then expect for the price to recover again.

If Bitcoin goes to $300 all the people shouting that they will buy will pussy out.

it's always the same theme. the greediest bears never buy. they keep revising their chart lower and lower, and then they become spectators in the next bull market. or worse---they short the whole way up!

P.S. If Bitcoin hits $300 then something fundamental is broken.

if it goes below the 2013 ATH, bitcoin is proper fucked, let alone $300 IMO. breaking the historic trend would indicate fundamental weakness we've never seen before.

You trolling or what?

Anyways, technically it can even go back to $1 or go to $1 million. My point is, no one can say where is the price going to be. Everyone here is speculating like you.

However, realistically at the current rate and the way bitcoin is gaining wider audience, I doubt that twe can see the price going to $300 or even $3000.

Could Bitcoin's price return to $300 again this year?

Anything is possible.

Yes, anything will happen to bitcoin even if the price will return to $300. But the truth, I don't know if that will happens or not because it will make so many people will get a heart attack before they can sell bitcoin at the high price. Time will tell what will happen later, and we can follow the bitcoin journey and make a profit if we can.
First of all, I will be investing in so many Bitcoins if the price drops to $300 but I know that it is never going to drop to $300. In face it has many reasons to rise high, higher than its all-time high value. Bitcoin halving is on its way and hopefully in May 2020, anyone having a Bitcoin might be able to cash a million dollar from a bank that provides the transaction service, according to Mr. McAfee.

Yes, but as I said before, only if a tragedy occurs, like a breach to hackers, or if governments of entire world bans BTC and arrest people for using it

Another situations, probably not, because if BTC falls, a lot of people will buy in 8k, if falls to 6k a lot o people will buy...

Seen a lot of people saying  they will buy at X. Tell them that X is hit and they say ahhh it's not going to recover.
When it recovers and you show them your gains they say NEXT TIME I will buy...

So if you are a cheap-ass pussy then don't think about Bitcoin. Go enter some ponzi scheme and get proper-fucked  Grin

Why do people really want bitcoin to reach back to 300 to buy? I mean there are two options here. First option is it will never reach back to those prices because bitcoin even at its worst has been over 3000 in the past 1.5 years, so even at the worst case scenarios of falling incredibly low I doubt it will be anywhere near 3k once again.

However, even if somehow manages to fall back down that much which I doubt will ever happen that means something horrible must have happened in bitcoin in order to drop that much and even if you buy from those prices eventually whatever that horrible thing that made bitcoin go low that much may cause it to go down even more so there is no chance to win big in that scenario. That is why you should not even hope for a 300 dollar bitcoin.
