I just saw the news, a Danish company named BiChip recently released the latest version of microchip implants. With these mini-sized devices, you can save your digital money in the body, the chip is planted in your hands. This chip uses a digital currency ripple currency payment system. Thus, the chip does not need to be associated with the owner's bank account. What do you think, this is the future where new innovations emerge to make it easier. Please share your opinion  Grin

wtf
are you going to let people steal your wallet by cutting off your hand?
I love technology that is getting great, but not for this even in terms of health is still not guaranteed.
I'm sure there will be a lot of people who think this is a bad idea, sorry. It resembles a demonic sign, are you one of Satan's followers? I do not,

Hmmm I see most of you say no to this one technology.
Thanks for your opinion, initially I will do that but looking back at the risk that I have to face in the future is very big at starting from the losing of my hand by cutting it  Grin

When innovations get into reality to support the growth happening all around, some will emerge to scam the people. Such an innovation is the chip that has been mentioned by Op. Maybe this could be a highly appreciated innovation, but truly speaking with this name more people will be scammed, because this could have been associated with a ico, but directly using it with bitcoin and ripple will easily gain the attention of users.

wow. nice innovation, but I think it's very dangerous for body and health. and I do not dare do that. maybe by providing ATM bitcoin or BTC payment it is enough.

this is awful. money really doesn't need to exist inside your body. i'm already weirded out by pacemakers and similar devices. at least those can be construed as necessary. this is either a total gimmick, or part of a grand conspiracy to further the surveillance state. you can say goodbye to any privacy mitigations because transactions are broadcast from inside your own body...

If someone wants to rob me now they steal my wallet. In the future they will cut off my hand. I love technology, it makes life so much better.  Undecided

bingo. this is where the $5 wrench attack goes surgical. not cool.

This one is like taking it to high. I actually love innovations but this one is so much for me to accept. I rather continue the conventional wallet method than this new way of storage.

As much as I love crypto curriencies, there is nothing in this world that will convince me to do that. Implanting some device in your body for the sake of hiding some money? No thank you.  I'm sorry but I love my body more.

Oh god the thought of this alone scares the living hell out of me. I understand we want to move forward with technology but does it have to be implanted inside our bodies? I would be okay with outside but inside seems weird as all hell.

Maybe this is the future but I would need to see how it works. I wonder how you stop someone from scanning your hand and taking all the funds off the chip? If this keeps you from having to remember private keys, it seems like it is still a security risk for hackers that can just take the coins.

I'm happy with saving my coins in a hardware wallet as I believe it's secure enough. The chip system may have many loopholes which makes it an unattractive option. It's not at all advisable to follow something foolish like this.

I would rather duct tape a Trezor to my face. Same thing, less silly.

It's not the worst tech-implant I've heard of (having small magnets implanted into your fingertip for some sort of "6th sense" takes the cake in that regard), but it comes pretty close in terms of unnecessary body modifications. But to each their own I guess.

technology should be made to facilitate us in everything but technology too should not make us feel in danger and in my view planted microchip which is integrated to our wallet into our body is not a good idea because the criminals will targeting our body to robb our money and that's really not good

everything that the science fiction writers wrote in their works is gradually being realized. people are already cyborgs - they have artificial parts, all under total control of the system. now the chips in the body ...

I also saw a similar news and the prospect of happening something like this for all kind of money, even fiat and dollars. I really disliked the idea, its just taking it too much to an extreme. I wouldn't do that even if it helps in any way, it is just disgracing to the body I feel.

I have a feeling that a lot of people who are not going to happy hearing this kind of things. If I can remember, there's a similar thread years ago in Politics and Society about microchip implants on your body, and I think its a overwhelming NO response as well.

And there's probably much easier for hackers or criminals to take advantage and stole all of your money. Heck you can even lose your hands here. And can be software/OS or even Hardware physically safe inside your body?

I'm totally against, but I'm not closing my doors. We are moving to a new intelligence now. There might be a time in the future that everyone would be required by all government to wear it. But I hope that I'm not gonna see that day.

Sorry if you think I'm sounding bold but here is the truth, I think this is unnecessary. I don't see any point of this mini sized device. If you would say "in my pocket" that would make some senses. Why would I need something in my body?

There is no way I would do that. It's the same globalist scam as trying to get people to use environmentally damaging electric cars. It's just a way to gain remote control in government centres.
In other words this is to monitor how much we have, I do not think to get far there. But it is possible to optimize the risk of losing your laptop, your stolen mobile phone. That way people will feel safe, maybe.

Not if the crypto currency that's being used is Bitcoin or Ripple. Bitcoin and Ripple aren't controlled by the government.

And while it may minimize the financial risk of losing your wallet, it will optimize the risk of you losing your hands to thieves! By the way, you should really take your Bitcoin wallet off your laptop and mobile phone, you're just inviting theft...I'll we have to do is figure out who you are.
