In the process of trying to get my withdrawal processed I have came tothe conclusion that this casino is not trustworthy .
I would at this point not reccomend this casino. I just spent an hour chatting with one of there support people and they contradicted everything other support people told me about the withdrawal process. Ihave been told conflicting answers about
withdrawals being processed in 24hours (which the T&C states they will without citing exceptions).
Withdrawals are processed over the weekend.
That a large withdrawal will not result in a delay of the wihdrawal processed. (which it seems It does).
I was told that the playthrough was 35x on redeemed Comp points when the T&C states 20x. This caused me to lose over 1 BTC while trying to meet the false playthrough.
I have had programs crash on bonus rounds. In which support told me they sent it to tech and they will email me. Never Happened.
They have told me they have sent my withdrawal requests to finance and finance will email me. Never happened.
I had a previous account hacked, when I asked tohave the account blocked (the hacker still online) they said it was not possible to block he account. The hacker intentionally lost my balance 400mbtc + when he realize he was not going to be able to wihdrawal. I just got an email that they blocked my old account. which I stopped using.
There withdrawal policies are designed and withdrawals delayed hoping that you will end up playing and losing the funds.
I like playing at this casino, however at his point I feel they are untrust worthy. My overall impression of thier support is that answers are based on what is convient for them to say as oppsed to straight forward answers.
