Hi! Book of Ra is generous!

Hi  (I'm new so be kind/ hard to navigate/learn these forums)

I won 10th place with valentines lottery- I tried live chat twice to get my 100 mbtc

first chat guy alex didn't understand- gave me 35 points which at the time convers 10;1  and equaled 3 mbtc lol
convinced him to give me more 165 points,  total for this day was a whopping 20mbtc
I had to explain AGAIN this didn't equal 100 mbtc
he said he could only give 20 mbtc a day, and to come back to chat next day

I contacted chat the next day- different person
she also was confused
She said that I received my winnings yesterday- I explained the above =
she asked for a screenshot showing that I won, I supplied that (good thing- names aren't there anymore)
she said she could give me 30 points because she isn't authorized to give anymore-
sigh
so I exchanged that for 3mbtc

Emailed them many times (no response not even an automated ticket), tried chat a few more times (not available)

still owed 77 mbtc   (yes it's small- it's the principle/ can't trust a casino so unorganized)

Yea I have already made the decision to not play here. That 3x rollover rule is absolutely stupid and i would assume making many users not want to play here. I lost all my money just trying to withdraw

Yes, I  think it is unfair to users, unless the btc is bonus, there will be a wager requirement, there is not reasonable to set a withdraw limit from deposit, totally unfair. And they will eat your btc when u wanna gamble 3X of your deposit.

I am not denying that this is a rule but I am saying this is absolutely ridiculous. Imagine walking into a casino with 20$ and you have to bet 60$ to be able to leave. What a joke

Very dissatisfied with this site. Decided I didn't want to play since they didn't have any games I wanted, and they made me bet 3x my deposit to be able to withdraw! This means when I deposited 0.1 btc I had to bet a total of 0.3 btc to be able to withdraw, and when I got to that amount I lost all my money. Would not recommend this scam site
