HI everyone
My account had been suspended from Btc-e.com?
How could i recover and get my account asap?
Thanks everyone
P/s: Anybody know please help...
Kindly

You do know that you are writing in a thread that is 2 years old, right?

Their new address is http://www.btc-e.nz

They will ask you to reset your password on the first login. You will receive a link to the email address which is connected to your btc-e account.
But don't expect to much as deposits/withdraws are disabled and trading is not possible as of yet.

im having same horrible prob with btc-e  i changed my email april 10 because i do not hav access to  [email protected] the email i used when i signed up in your site!!!!! then you ou changed it for me to [email protected] then had a long hold on it that was what i was disputing reason is i had a 72 hour hold already then yo added a 311 hour hold ,that was my problem i finished 2 72 hr holds already .. you then switched it back to igottafeedmyfamily@gmai,com without my authorization i would never agree to switch it bak to an email i do not have access to !!!! now with the switch back to my gmail i do not hav the new pword and have no way of retreiving it without access to the gmailn ,your site has made enough mistakes with my account ,,,please give me a break and restore my yahoo email and password so i dont get more holds ,i know you can because you did it easily without my consent when you changed it back to gmail and i should not have to pay a penalty of 2 week hold because of your site support mistake l.please reverse it back [email protected] thanks

started a withdraw of bitcoins.waiting for them to send confirmation email, days later nothing, submitted several tickets,no response. maybe they gona pull a mt gox on all of us and take the money and run.or maybe they just not doing buisness with americans like some other sites have started, because russains are mad at america lol.

If you start at /profile#funds (where you did the request) look for "Transactions history" (at the bottom)
Click that button and look for your unconfirmed withdrawal request.
You have the option of cancelling (which puts the funds back into your account instantly)

I would make sure the email address is correct and make a new request after cancelling the old one.*
*Did you make sure you don't have the email in your spam folder?
I've removed coins from BTC-e at least 25 times and never had a problem.

I deposited funds through international wire transfer a month ago (which hasn't shown up on my account), opened at least 10 tickets, and no answer. It is getting to be ridicilous. I will try the Skype, but I have a feeling it will be a scam as well. This site is horrible with the way they manage ''other people's'' money, plain and simple. The ''hero member'' they have here is the same, you send 5 messages, no answer.

Just FYI they don't list skype as a contact option anymore.

Ok, it's good you said that. So should I expect the user on skype to be a fake? I will not even add them if so.
It won't be fake.Just the % of getting someone online in skype is 0.01% because it is not listed anymore at contact details.
Maby because most of the peoples use skype to contact them faster than tickets and it was high spammed.
Yeah they are slow, but if u rush them a bit they fix every issue.

Obvious but you meant 0.0121 USD BTC right?

I only had a 0.0121 USD balance at the time!

Luckily, I did not have fiat at the time but this problem disables me from selling coins.

I tried to contact btce via skype, but he was asking for my password for the email that is registered on btce ? why would they need my mail password ? can i trust them with this ?

The password to your email? Sounds fishy if that's what they really meant. They also don't need the password to your account. Never give out any passwords.

I got the best results with their helpdesk at kayako. Just click support in the top bar when logged in. Response time is about 48 hrs. But at least that way they have all the info they need and you can get straight to the point.

Dear btc-e.com,

You have withdrawn 26 235 USD from my account on the 31st of December, 2013. This was done even though I only had a 0.0121 USD balance at the time!

 Shocked Shocked Shocked
Is that 26K?

In any case, you shouldn't sit around waiting for them to answer, if you check this thread (and others in this forum) you'll see how many people have been waiting for weeks without a solution. Luckily you didn't have funds! So, just talk to your bank and let them know it was an unauthorized transaction (and block any possible transactions in the future by the way), it shouldn't be a problem.

Yes...btc-e deducted over 26k USD from my USD balance. Luckily, I did not have fiat at the time but this problem disables me from selling coins. They deducted the money during the 1 month lock out period!

I have been trying to contact them via skype, email and ticket support to no avail. It's a nightmare that I wouldn't want anybody else to experience.

Thanks for the advice!

Dear btc-e.com,

This has been without my approval! Currently, my USD balance is negative.

Please return my USD balance to it's original level i.e. reverse transaction id #254454729

Ticket :#MIB-593-41433. No one has replied!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

My first funds arrived to my btc-e account on 27th of December and so I do/did not have the right to withdraw coins or fiat for one month. My bank did not request a refund and has not received any money. The withdrawal must have been done by btc-e!!!!!!!!!!

Please fix this problem as soon as possible or at least communicate with me.

Thank you very much!

How long are we supposed to wait for 'confirmation e-mails?

i waited over a week and in the end cancelled the withdrawal.

now the second attempt at withdrawing 1.1 XPM is similarly held up with 'A letter with further instructions sent to your email'

AND NO MAIL.....

Support tickets are now replied automatically explaining that CONFIRMED email is NOT CONFIRMED & to 'check spam folder' for non existent confirmation mail!

This is beginning to seem like a wild goose chase!

btc-e.support (thailand) on skype is more interested in gaining private email addresses and or phone numbers than getting this confirmation mail sent.

[21:08:46] b: Hi btc-e_support, I'd like to add you as a contact. b

Make sure your browser is accepting all cookies for the site. If your browser setting is "block cookies", or "accept only for session", the site has no way of tracking who you are as you navigate.

Try without Tor or something that could interfere with a persistent connection.

Thanks, none of that from what I can see. I've even tried other browsers and on other machines and I still get the same error.

When I log into my BTC-E account and sect 'finances' it then logs me out. Same for many other links. I cannot see a way to access support. Can anyone help or provide any suggestions?

Can anyone provide BTC-E's skype support number - there seem to be a few listed and I'm not sure if all of them are genuine. Vircurex had an impersonator on Twitter...
