For months i've been trying to log into my account, and have been unable to. It says my password has expired and will not let
me
in. It tells me it's going to send me a link in email to reset it, but it never does.
I've tried opening tickets with BTC-E and never get a response, i've even send them alternative email addresses they can send
to,
in case something is blocking them from sending to my primary email address.
I'm really at my end with this, and not sure where to turn. If anyone from BTC-E reads this, please contact me.
If there is anyone out there who can give me some information on how to contact someone at BTC-E, i would really appreciated it.
I am having the same issue. I have been trying to log into my BTC-e account for 5 months now and it tells me that my password has expired and that an email will be sent to reset it. Well I have never received an email and I have tried over a hundred times and always get same message but no email. I have opened up about 20 tickets with BTC-e support but have not gotten a reply (last one was MNN-225-52674). I have contacted them via PM on this site and have not received a reply either. If anybody has any other ideas on how to contact them or fixing this issue please reply. Thank you
I am also forced to change my password today but luckily unlike you i got my email instantly. Are you sure that you are checking the right email? or Junk Folder? I don't want to keep any money in this exchange (or any of them as long as i don't have to) because of the recent accusations but i am trapped in FIAT sadly.
Another thing is that your account may got hacked somehow so the hacker may changed your email address, so you may not get your email ever... Do you use 2FA?
Update
I finally was able to log in to btc-e. What worked for me is creating a login on they'd btc-e support page. Using my new email as the username and when I request support select change your email. I translated my message on google translate and was very polite. They replied next day. The problem with my old email was that @att.net servers blocked incoming mail from Btc-e. Many email providers do this. Hope this helps
