Scroll to the bottom of the page and enter the amount and click "Make BTC-e Code". Despite what the fee listings say THERE IS NO FEE FOR GENERATING A BTC-e code!
I would sincerely hope so, because when a BTC-e code is generated, the funds never leave the exchange so there is no withdrawal, ergo logically, no withdrawal fee.
Often people are confused because the interface they set up appears to charge a fee when it really doesn't. I just wanted to make this clear so there is no confusion.

im sure you are being honest but having a self modorated topic means if anyone says anything bad or you donl like you can just delete it
I have a well established reputation here spanning over 2 years with hundreds of trades completed, and transactions up to $1000 fronted to me with all agreements honored. I assure you I don't need to steal your spare change. If anyone has any issues with my service nothing is stopping them from posting in trading discussion or scammer accusations areas of the forum.
