It indeed was bad idea, i used their site for 2 years, usually i stored my coins in my own wallet but not that time and now i got burnt for trusting them, lost about 600 euros. Is it possible to make this thread sticky so it stays top for everyone else?

It is not possible to make this sticky like everyone's thread.

Have you check your pc for malware and trojans? If the attacker has accessed on your pc he can easily open your email and delete the confirmation email.

You can't do anything about them, btc-e is an anonymous bitcoin company. Leaving your btc on an exchange is a bad idea. Just keep bumping this thread for everyone to see.

Hello!

I have a really big issue here. I had about 112LTC and 0.33BTC on my account and i used BTC-E to trade. Everything was nice, i used this exchange for about 2 years. So yesterday i logged on with my account and had a very bad surprise, all my LTC and BTC was gone.
So i opened transaction history and saw that all my LTC was traded to BTC and then there was transaction made total 1.654BTC to address 1BgRRisqhDZSRiNAAbrLo1G34R2JXe6ixG . The transaction was made 1.11. Since i didnt logged on in this site on 1.11 i opened login history and there was no sign that anybody else used my account this day which was very strange.
I then went to technical support where i wrote about my problem, they said that since my account didnt had two-factor authentication(fool of me i know) they dont want to find solution.
So i wrote a couple more letters where i asked about e-mail vertification about withdraws and that i have not recieved any confirmation to my e-mail. They said that probably my e-mail was also hacked, but the point is that my e-mail indeed have 2-FA and also ip whitelist and that would be possible because when  i log in from different location then they send me vertification code via SMS.
Today i contacted one of my friends who is professional on computer programming and so on. He said that it is not possible that there is no sign of logging in if somebody else stole my account and that means either the website server was hacked or the website itself steal from clients.
Overall the support have not answered to me about my questions today and it looks like either the website itself stole my coins or someone hacked to their servers. Also my account security does not seem to be the issue here. I repeat again just in case that if someone would tried to withdraw funds from my account then there would be vertification letter on my e-mail which IS 2F-A and also have whitelist and also somebody else does not have access to my computer since i live alone and nobody knows about my bitcoin tradeing.
What do you guys think i should do and overall about this situation?

Regards
