Maybe the bug is caused by not confirmated inputs or outputs, according to whatever data they use.

Don't trust blockexplorers to check balances, always use at least a lightweighted wallet

P.S: Coinbase is even worse, they don't even give you the private key, use Electrum.

Isn't there like an option to be able to manage your own private keys with coinbase?
Nope the best you can do is sign a message with coinbase, but they don't give you the private key.

Ah, I still trust them for buying Bitcoin with. Then sending all that off to my wallets.

Probably best advice is to use multiple trusted wallets and try keeping your balances spread across them.

Also another option if you want a handy wallet then you can use mycelium. I've been using it in my android and never had any problem with it. That is if you want to always have your wallet in you without using a pc. But if you want to store tons of coins, your best option is bitcoin core. It's much secure. Also it avoids problems such as what you are encountering in blockchain right now. Another wallets are multibit and electrum. Also I forgot about coinbase. You can use them as an alternative to blockchain. They are more secure and much more well programmed .

Probably store small amounts on a mobile phone. One of the larger targets for hacking is mobile phones now as there is more confidential information going through androids and iphones.

Online web wallets are not at all recommended, but if you're on a public computer most of the times and can't take your wallet.dat with you, use greenaddress. There's a discussion about web wallet here if you are interested: https://bitcointalksearch.org/topic/do-we-have-a-secure-online-wallet-yet-1108933 but never keep more than 0.1 btc in web wallets.

what if my computer crash, can i retrieve my btc if this happen?
unlike having it on blockchain, i can just login anywhere.
That is why , for safety you should encrypt your wallet.dat and make several options available for recovery, wallet.dat being lost usually means that your btcs are lost(well shorena can help you most of the time  Tongue )

yeah i know i checked it with blocktrail i also contacted the blockchain support i am using coinbase till this is fixed.

I think this is because of malleability attack happening again as i recieved a 2nd trans (fake) again an hour ago so as for now try to use other block explorer such as blocktrail.com/btc

Yeah it is due to malleabillity attack.
if you check the luckybit wallets for example they sometimes went to negative too but it soon comes to normal after the blockchain staff manually checks the fake transaction and delete it . It may take some time but dont worry your COINS ARE SAFE

The reason why it went into negative?

It went into negative because couple of duplicate of outgoing transactions came in your wallet transaction list that made it to 19Btc negative.

It could have been  OVERBALANCE as well if duplicate of incoming transactions could have came in your wallet.

Better don't use web wallet. Desktop wallet is more better and safer.

I recommend using multibit. Which you can control completely your wallet, and don't have to download all transaction like bitcoin core wallet.

All of the blockchain.info services (their wallet and their block explorer) seems to have gone crazy in the last period of time. The best is to stay away from all of this. Even the bitcoin.org has removed this blockchain.info wallet from their official list of wallets.

So if you can, you should use other wallets and other block explorers.

As above users recommendation, Don't use blockchain.info. Even bitcoin.org too removed blockchain.info from their web wallet page. I don't know why!  But seems something fishy.

I don't think it is necessary to contact blockchain. There is no problem with it. It's only in the blockchain that it has problem so technically your btc add don't have a negative balance. Some others might encounter this bug.
