yes there are MANY easy options to realize something like that:

however, i switched to a raspberry pi - since it also is capable to stream videos. The quality is just related to your internet upload

to the second question: i usually just check the balance on my phone - if nobody feed it - ill do it for my own (like the last 3 days
)it is just the stream - that is not THAT stable (i think its related to my poor internet)
