I think this is a great thing, a significant change if bitcoin can be used for taxi, given that taxi is a means of transportation wherever it can be found and organized.
Bitcoin will not only use for Taxi but will be use for so many other purposes, even in some places and specially in modern countries people will already be using bitcoin for taxi, they are also using bitcoin in their local shops for shopping and for so many other purposes, and with the passage of time the use of bitcoin is increasing, hope that very soon people from all over the world will start using bitcoin as currency.
This idea is a good way for us commuters to have ease on paying to taxis and other vehicles such as buses as well. This wil be helpful especially to those who don't have bills or coins on their purses. In the near future, it is not possible that flying taxi cabs will accept cryptos as payment.

You have a good chance if your country is open to that, there are few countries that accept payment bitcoin on taxis it's easy and convenient if that happens, but of course the first problem is the speed of transactions this is to avoid conflict and argument.
I strongly believe bitcoin will be replaced by ether very soon in terms of usability, but in terms of price I really doubt it, btc has too many notable investors.
To start earning, I recommend to all newcomers to find a good teacher who himself has invested all knows and shows.
When the time come were bitcoin can use to pay in a taxi, meaning to say that majority of the people in a country knows about bitcoin. because taxi is a public utility transport that we all knew that everybody or majority of the population are using this transport facility. This is an ICO project next on line. This is a different and a nice concept that may probably be a reality someday. Taxi btc is kind of cool. But I have some questions on mind that bothers me. What could happen if you are paid with bitcoin and then all of a sudden the value drops down to the bottom where the payments when converted to your currency is only now about 1/4 of the supposed value? Could these affect the idea badly that it becomes an unstable business?

Not a good idea, my perspective will be more on the safety of the passengers, the more you stay in road or something you can be secured place the more vulnerable you are in accidents, or should we say criminals, in paying for Bitcion it takes time, and we cannot say what will happen next. This thing may also useless gor those places who doesnt have yet internet connections.

I think it's a good idea. But paying taxi fares with bitcoin is hard to come by. First, bitcoin has not been accepted by most people. Secondly, the transaction cost of bitcoin is very high, and it may cost more than you need to pay.

It's still depend on your country if the bitcoin is legalized or been implemented on your country , this is good to hear especially the taxi driver now there's an opportunity not just for the driver but also for us , because this would be possible there been restaurant accepting bitcoin , there is airport that accepting bitcoin. To be honest bitcoin is growing and growing , little by little many people now noticing bitcoin , and it opens up to a various types of opportunity.
Near future that bitcoin can be used to pay all goods like grocery electric bill and also in taxi.i think in the value of bitcoin is great. with bitcoin we can add efficiency and ease of payment. I think some countries have implemented it. may Be japan or other bitcoin support states.

I think it need also an application where in the application can convert any crypto in to bitcoin or any other coin that the taxi driver or company are accepting wherein every customers can applied and join for membership, since paying directly everytime you pay during service will be a hussle.
We all want for bitcoin to be distinguished and recognized all over the world and this is a great idea on how we strive to lift up the bitcoin community as we always have a feasible virtual concept. Paying transportation fee with bitcoin will be a innovative way of being a hassle free event wherein we don't need to look for coins or exact amount to pay.
There are already many establishments around the globe that accept bitcoin as mode of payment. But I haven't heard bitcoin as payment on taxis so far. Maybe because it sometimes it may consume more time? Perhaps another crypto is better here.
If you will use bitcoin for payment in taxi then it will cost more because of the transaction fee and the drivers will not like the transaction because they cannot make sure that they get the money because there is a confirmation in the blockchain that needs to be at least 2-4 confirmations before they get the money and because of the fluctuations they can lose money also.
I think the best option is not a card but an app for android / IOS.

i think its very helpful to know that it is very easy to use taxi when it accepts bitcoin as payment exchange for fiatsIt can be done easily yeah, but would only be viable for long rides looking at the transaction fee's.
