I don't think any better site will have the option of the gambling with bet less than 0.00001 btc because this is that low amount of Bitcoin whose win or lose doesn't matter for you and also for the casino .
But still you can find freebitco.in which is faucet site where you can collect 70-80 Satoshi per hour and can place minimum bet of 1 Satoshi , but here I don't think you can make profit more than 5% of the initial bet because the house edge limit of the site is very bad and can result into loss of the bet 18 times continuously ( happened already with me ) .
So it will be more better for you to go with sports gambling at nitrogensports.eu or any other else instead to go at such type of low paying and risky sites .

But in nitrogensports.eu accept minimum bet of 1 satoshi? because he need to know it there's any betting sites he can gamble using 1satoshi per bet I think. But 1 satoshi bet in sports gambling is a waste of time.

But that will not be profitable for the gamblers who want to earn some money from their bets as with one satoshi he can earn one satoshi and that will take a longer time to make him earn some money while if someone will gambling with that amount of bet only for entertainment or only for the learning purpose then it is very beneficial as he will learn a lot and will be entertained without losing any high amount of money.

Not a good to choose dogecoin just to bet a smallest bet.. i think you can use even just a ethereum is enough to gamble for small value..
For now because of the price increase of bitcoin i think the gambling activity using bitcoin will be affected and i think the price of bitcoin can be increase more soon that i think it can reduce our activity in gambling or if we want to stay long in gambling and play with small bets exchange bitcoin into altcoin is good alternative..

I believe in new future gambling sites are going to support to gamble even with lesser than one satoshi. There are lot of speculations about bitcoin prices reaching to some unimaginable levels in millions hence to support gamblers with possible minimum I guess gambling sites may go for diving one satoshi into centi and then milli so that they can keep the same level of USD equivalent minimum betting for gambling.

Definitely Crypto-Games, they allow bets of *any* size, no matter how small.
Small bets on the dice game do go slower if you choose to bet automatically, but it's possible to bet as low as you want!

Minimum bets on games other than dice have a minimum bet size of 0.00001, but that's also pretty low IMO.

Some of them even allow you to bet 0 BTC lol, the bets will be slow and that sucks. it's best to bet 0.0001+ BTC for fast betting.

Not all gambling sites are fraud, some of the gambling sites started in the year 2012 and are still running and paying out to the users. you have to choose the most trusted ones and gamble there.

There are some gambling sites that you can bet a really low amount but that's your job to find one, you can search it in google and etc... but the problem of gambling really low amount is that you have a specific amount to withdraw it and sometimes its pretty high and its hard to win that amount because your losing most of your BTC and the betting is really low, that's my opinion on betting on really low amount of BTC but we all have different opinion and all of us are different. If you can bet all day until you win and can withdraw it, good for you but I have no patient on that.
