the most noticeable difference is price. second is the situation, many people are starting to doubt bitcoin and crypto as a whole. the situation was exacerbated because many ICO frauds and projects failed to raise development funds.

Last was the best year for all newly cryptocurrencies and top major cryptocurrencies. But this year is very bad year for all investor's and holders. I dont know whats the reason for it. But sometimes market will normal in 2020.

Based on what i understand, the differences we can say we have now were caused as a result of the change in price.
There are so many challenges that accompany drastic change in price, one of which is the reduction in not just the marketcap of bitcoin alone, but also that of the generally market. If you look at it so well, you will notice it has happened and some are expecting more fall.

For me, Btc is a tool where you can secure your altcoin earnings and make new altcoins investments if you see some potential.

So, it will continue to exist and gain value as the market grows more, but the BTC dominance will go down over time because its tech is getting upgraded very slowly and it lacks governance.

I think it's no different than being valued. because in 2017 it dominated the price in the market and continued to increase, whereas in 2018 it has not experienced a significant increase.

we might see another year of bear market or something like consolidation what my expectation right now and for the next year is nothing, just build your portfolio if you have extra cash dump it but dont do it blidly research the coins you are going to buy

If you look at the cryptocurrency market as a whole for all 10 years, we see UPS and downs. Victory and defeat ! But in General, if we look at the market then it is growing I think it will continue ! 2018 is the year of correction, 2017 is the year of bullish trend. It's like flipping because in 2017 the price of crypto coins is at very low prices to very high prices and this happens at the end of the year. And of course, everyone can feel profitable trading. But in 2018 prices slowly began to low and this decline certainly made many people trapped in losses.

Well, the only significant difference I see in BTC in 2017 and 2018 is the price, asides that the difference between 2017 & 2018 is that towards the end of last year, people were investing in bitcoin and the market grew but towards the end of this year 2018, people withdrew their investments which is one of the reasons the market fell to this state. There was simply a huge pump in the market in 2017 & a huge dump the year in 2018. I hope the bull run comes soon as we are expecting and the market stabilises, that's my hope for the nearest future.

BTC is totally different in 2017 and in 2018. Last year bitcoin price was increasing all the time but there were less projects and adoption. This year we have more adoption, move investors planning to adopt crypto but the price is continuously down. With more popularity of bitcoin, the price should have increased more.

The difference between bitcoin in 2017 and 2018 is very far from the year 2017 and the bitcoin price is very high and the bounty is good and orderly. But in the year 2018 the cryptocurrency market was knocked down and low bitcoin was low. because of this there are many bounty scams and not trustworthy.
