I think coinb.in's estimate is currently broken, Bitcoin Core gives a much higher estimate.

Why? I did 2 Transactions one with higher fee but Still Not confirmed i sent out from Block chain wallet!

It's not necessarily a blockchain problem, although switching your wallet would help "solving" the "issue". (You can use Segwit which in turn allows you to save money on fees, or spend the same amount as legacy for a higher priority to confirm = likely faster confirmations.)If so any other Good wallet I Can use?

But weird the first transfer took 10 hours to confirm.
I sent Second transfer to the same address but with higher fee I payed. So the second went in 1 hour... Still very slow

Don't they show up as pending in the wallet? Can you see the id of these transactions? If you have them then we will be able to look them up on the block explorer and see what's the issue.

I have used Ethereum and its fast it never took longer then 1 hour.
Usually Ethereum is confirmed in 5-10min. Its Not so fast but its better then Nothing.
As I pay for something im expecting to get Good service!
