Even $1000 milestone looking pretty hard but that is still possible to get this one. I also would to see this happening again on this time phase because it is more similar to get rise to the moon.

if the price increases bitcoin was very fast, maybe someone who has bitcoin or a lot of money doing something to make the bitcoin prices high. however, I believe that if it happens slowly, it occurs naturally and it will surely make bitcoin prices stable in a very long time

Lets hope it will rise more and more because of the fact that the bitcoin has a good future a head so I think that the bitcoin has a very good future to be honest.

Nothing will affect because of news. Due to supply and demand only determine bitcoin's value in the world market. However for all thus we need some quite good adoption from the potential people or potential companies. I wish all the mobiles and car companies should adopt and accept bitcoins.

what it is to do with Christmas and bitcoin price . i do have my doubts regarding the thousand dollar mark since there are many negative news and rumors regarding bitcoin which is holding the price and it might continue till December unless and until something positive comes out of it

It's because weak holders are gambling with their money. If you put money that you can't miss in your personal life, then you'll do everything to prevent it from vanishing into hot air. The same happens with these people. If the price happens to go down, then these people will try to "cut their losses" by panic selling their coins a.k.a feeding the whales.

We have an expectation regarding the price will be reached $1000 , but it's hurt for believing this and buy bitcoin now because this is just an unstable phase for bitcoin and it's such a hype so no longer this price will be stay and might be dumped (unless there are big news happened to Bitcoin)

Just hold your current coins and keep collecting more , and for sure you'll get the profit.

News affect every currency out there, including EURO/DOLLAR/GOLD/OIL and everything. See what happened to UK Pound after the Brexit voting? Pound lost nearly %20 of its value in a few months and it lost most of it only in 1 day. Bitcoin is so tiny compared to Pound and yet it is still doing fine against all the bad news.

Every time such disappointment won't happen. This year people expected a very big price just because of halving. But due to the gradual increase price at least reached a certain level on halving. Now too due to the ongoing price increase bitcoin won't give big disappointment. To certain extent it truly fulfils users expectations.

May would really be happy when bitcoins price would reach on that price point but I assumed that these price couldnt be achieve on this year because it would really need more mass adoption to reach $1k, as we observe lately, we have really hard time even to reach up $700 because of some not good circumtances . As of now bitcoins price is stabilizing again on $700+ mark.

Bitcoin might not yet have hit its high. Right now only $710, I think that it has much more potential than that. Remember the times when $300 was a high price to pay for a bitcoin? Well, I believe that's exactly how things are right now.

speculation inviting investors maybe the big reason why btc showing good value as we follow the chain the more uses btc the more value it will have so our expectation to keep it rising will continue if we will invite more and more showing the good outcome of this investment will attract investors to join the ride.

Majority of users are waiting to see the price of $1000 and for the same reason they are holding their coins since the long time and $800 is likely to achieve in this year but its hard to predict whether it can touch 4 digit price in this year or not and many users will be satisfied even if it stays between $800-$900 level.

It would just be a bubble if it reaches 1000$ this year, then correction will come and will be stuck at a price. So it is better for me if the price just steadily increase slowly. It will be slow but at least we will not suffer a very long correction period.

Recent price drop was caused by that unconfirmed rumor that China will monitor bitcoin transactions and control capital of exchanges effectively preventing bitcoin flow.
This news immediately gone viral and we are observing a small price decline.
