To me both look good, investing in gold first or BTC later, but I'm confused by the current market conditions especially in terms of ROI, who is the fastest to move on?

Gold will not bring big returns like bitcoin so it's up to you, if you have little money and want to multiply many times, investing in bitcoin will be a better choice. I prefer to invest in bitcoin because it has the potential to give me a big profit but most importantly the purchase price, if you can buy it at a low price, the higher the chance of getting a profit. So now is the time to buy if you want big profit.

It is true that returns on Gold investments are very low compared to Bitcoin in historical context of last 15 years but they are more or less stable whereas due to volatile nature of crypto market investment in crypto is not good for passive income. I think the best strategy is to diversify investment among stocks, commodity, forex and crypto markets to minimize risk and generate stable income.

I think investments should be divided into at least 3-4 parts. These may include gold and bitcoin investments. Recently, gold had good potential. Likewise, it is trying to enter an upward trend in bitcoin.
That's right, investments should be split up, but I don't think gold is as good an investment as bitcoin. Cryptocurrencies are much riskier, but also have the potential to give much bigger profits. So I would exclude gold from investment portfolio and consider cryptocurrencies other than bitcoin.
You have different investment decisions to exclude investments for gold but I prioritize allocating funds for gold investments over depositing in the bank because of the low annual interest offer, investing in gold is very profitable long term so I don't hesitate to add higher funds to investment gold. Investing in gold is not at high risk of market volatility because the profit is "guaranteed" even though it is lower than crypto investments.

if you expect the fastest move (ROI) for your investment then BTC is the answer...

today (based on CMC) bitcoin price is around $24,500. and a few weeks ago the price of bitcoin was in the range of $19k++, from my explanation above you should be able to conclude for yourself how quickly the price of bitcoin changes, while gold is a stable investment, it is difficult for you to make big profits in a short time.

##actually, you are in the wrong section, this is the altcoin section, not discussing gold or bitcoin

I want to note right away that you did the right thing by choosing BTC and gold for investments, because each of these assets is valuable and has an impressive success story. If I invested now, I would do the same as you. As for which of these two assets will show growth faster or the best result, then everything will depend on a number of factors, including the situation in the world. But be that as it may, BTC and gold are one of the best assets for investment at the moment, and both can help both save investors' funds and generate income in the future.

If you want to choose based on ROI speed, then bitcoin is the answer. however, if you want a safe, and stable, then gold is the answer. the reason is that bitcoin chooses a high level of volatility, so you can get quick profits and can increase the assets you own. it's just that the risks faced are in accordance with the benefits that can be obtained. while gold is an investment whose price movement is very slow, but quite safe. if you want to accelerate profit from investment, then bitcoin is the answer.

Good point, the heavy volatility of Bitcoin can provide quicker profits, though risk is also huge in just a single mistake. Your investment can be ruined and a huge portion of your initial capital can be taken away from you. Unlike with gold, the movement is slow and even you lose something, it's tolerable.

It depends on what type of investor you are and how will you look for the future of your investment. The more you go deeper, the more you will understand both the potential profits and the risk that is behind your chosen asset.

I honestly find it wiser to choose both. Bitcoin is good for long-term investment and the profit is higher compared to gold. Gold is also a good physical investment that we could keep and hold and its value is continuously rising. I personally bought both because they're both profitable in time though Bitcoin could be riskier simply because its volatility is also higher.

I personally since getting to know bitcoin I have become more interested in investing with bitcoin because although it has a high risk but the return offered by bitcoin is much greater than gold.

I have more reasons why I chose Bitcoin over gold, more than just the risks. As crypto enthusiast, of course we know that Bitcoin has a supply of 21M, this cannot be increased or decreased (fixed supply).

Unlike gold, whose supply will increase every year, gold in the real world is the same as Ethereum in the crypto space.

Bitcoin has more store of value, for this reason I prefer Bitcoin over gold. Do we have any other reasonable reasons why we should choose Bitcoin over gold? let's share

Effective if you can wait but if you don't have a patience then you better invest amounts only which you can afford to lose because there are times where you get bored or worrying where you will sell your btc even at a loss.

During pandemic, I think bitcoins price was badly beaten up but it only recovered after a few months but despite of that, many people have still tried using a bitcoin for other purposes not only to save money or use it as an investment asset. I like what you said about having a small capital. Indeed that it doesn't make really sense to diversify if our capital is small but better if we can grow it first in btc and then later put something into gold.
The amount of people who invest money that they will need, right into something that is volatile is bonkers. I have a friend who makes money once a year, and that money goes for entire year, he already put 50% of that into crypto, so if it goes down then he will not be making any profit at all. This is the problem we have in crypto, people who can't wait and people who can't afford to lose, if you can't afford to lose then that is exactly when you will end up losing.

People who can wait years if they have to are the people who will make a ton of money, and that is unfortunately are not the same people we are talking here. Just buy btc-eth-bnb trio, and wait for a few years, and you will profit, simple as that.

I think Bitcoin is very effective to be able to generate large profits. Moreover, it was proven during the pandemic that Bitcoin had very good performance.
Even when Bitcoin rises above $60k in 2021, I'm honestly quite surprised to be able to get a very large profit from Bitcoin. So Bitcoin's decline this year doesn't worry me, I am very happy with the price of Bitcoin which has fallen quite deep, it can give me the opportunity to collect Bitcoin again.

Yes, both are good to be used as long-term investment options, but to choose one of them then of course it really depends on each of us whether we like investments with high risk then bitcoin is the right choice for the long term but if we can't accept that risk then you should just invest in gold, I personally since getting to know bitcoin I have become more interested in investing with bitcoin because although it has a high risk but the return offered by bitcoin is much greater than gold.

Yes, both are good. But you want to ask about ROI then I will tell you bitcoin will be faster, Gold is stable and not too volatile, so investing in gold will be quite safe but the return will not be high, Bitcoin is much more profitable if you invest, but you should also know that the volatility of bitcoin is huge. Both are long term investments so if you invest in bitcoin you have to hold for long term for good return. In the short term, it will be difficult to see a profit from bitcoin.

It is true that to be able to make a profit from Bitcoin we have to be patient and cannot be obtained instantly. If we start buying Bitcoin this year,
according to my prediction, we can enjoy a very large profit in 2025. So the conclusion is that if I have to choose between GOLD or BTC, I will without
a doubt choose Bitcoin for investment. If indeed our capital is large, it is even better if we invest in both, but for now because my capital is limited
I prefer to invest in Bitcoin.

I don't know which investment tool will give the fastest profit. But Bitcoin promises a bigger future. Because its mass adaptation has not been fully completed. There are 7.5 billion people in the world. All of them know gold. But not all of them know about Bitcoin. One day they will all be aware of the existence of Bitcoin. And they will all be drawn to Bitcoin's center of gravity.
There needs to be a diversified investment plan. As of now we have to invest 60% on bitcoin/cryptocurrencies and the remaining 40% on gold. This is how I do, because I'm fed-up with the gold investment. If I've done the same investment on cryptocurrency now I could've made a big money out of it. For long term profiting cryptocurrency is the right pick whereas for risk free benefits gold is the choice.

You are not wrong to invest 40% in gold. I believe it is the right decision. When comparing gold and bitcoin returns, it is clear that bitcoin will give better returns, but it also carries risks.

As you should know, the future is unpredictable, so if you invest all your money in bitcoin and it doesn't rise to its current level, then you have lost everything. Crypto is considered high-risk investments, so you should diversify your portfolio rather than just invest in bitcoin.

Honestly, we've preferred to invest in something we know and are familiar with the trend. I believe that majority in here invested in Bitcoin and it was found to be normal since we are exposed to this already and we know how it works. And when it talks about earning, we can't just deny that Bitcoin investment is more profitable than gold and the volatile nature is an advantage making investors more interested, unlike gold where we need many years to make a profit.

For sure, but for me, I'm not sure if I will call myself a good investor. But in the last decade or so, I have been buying gold jewelries, nothing of extra ordinary. But I was surprised how much the value of gold has gone up and so my collections is now worth something.

But I will still go with my precious Bitcoin, majority of us here fall for it and then from day 1 we started to put investments. So for me and the rest of us guys here, we would go with Bitcoin obviously.

if we were talking about which is the fastest, i think that's bitcoin not gold especially long term. But i hope you know the fact that bitcoin is so volatile and there's a big difference when it comes centralized and decentralized market. For example the so called whales on the market that main factors why the growth rate always plunges without knowing.

So if you don't want to take the risk then i suggest must choose gold especially long term because decentralized market is so unpredictable tbh and you will become successful only by investing in bitcoin unless if you have patience and enough knowledge.. Not the same with gold that you're ensured when investing.

When it talks about ROI - both of them have the capability to give you back but, that also depends on how you manage it, especially for Bitcoin where the price is so volatile compared to Gold.  That is only one factor when choosing but the most important thing is to find what is best for you and which one of them you think was easy to manage. And as you know that investing is risky but Bitcoin is believed to be riskier than gold.
