adsoptimal: minimum withdraw 50$ , CPM around 0.2$ (gold domains) paying to paypal and yes, they r paying
cointraffic: Minimum withdraw is 10 EUR , they paying in Bitcoins, and they are paying!
My site has also mellow ads and i am using only legit and paying ad services, so i will not show payment proofs, i am not an admin of these ad networks

OP you need to update ads networks information.
A-ads Only counts unique views per unique IP every 24 hours.
Adbid have network campaigns.
Coinmedia not paying ads network.
Mellow Ads is not profitably for faucets sites.

its up to you if you want to take the risk but eventually you will get burnt. do a forum search on his websites listed in the thread i gave you and search for the accounts he uses and check trust ratings you will see that there is nothing legit about anything he is doing.
