I can't think of a single poker site that is ONLY for americans, other than bovada.lv.
And if it is bovada, you have to verify your info, to cash out, and they will match it to the initial depositors name, and when it don't match, you get account seized and closed
I've played poker for over 10 years now. I can guarantee this is a scam attempt. It makes no sense. If you want to show your me this works, send me info for a 5.00 or 10.00 account, and I'll try it and report back. If it works, I'd buy every since one of them.

you need american to be cash out, i am not american.
What do you mean by this? You need to provide them with banking details and address etc. to prove you're American before you can withdraw Bitcoin? Why can't you just withdraw the Bitcoin?
