Hey guys, representing The Edge Poker here(wheresyouredge.com). Just letting you know a little more about is. We are a Bitcoin and Litecoin poker site so that we can cater to everyone. In order to get some more action on our ring games, as of a few hours ago, we started a race to 1 thousand hands played in which the first person to hit it gets .53 btc/15ltc. So check out our site and win that prize!

Saw some talk about www.wheresyouredge.com as a site that just started up. Seems low on traffic but they have had a few freerolls making it an easy place to get free chips. I redeemed a small amount of my winnings (never funded) and received it in a few hours.

thank you Ill add it to the list

BTC poker, just another scam.

care to explain how ? because how I see it its the only way for american people to gamble with USD.
Pokerstars is a poker client which uses a currency called USD
BitsPoker and all other BTCpoker sites are a web/client poker which uses a currency called BTC.
You can exchange USD to euro and you can exchange BTC to euro.

can`t wait for your answer:)

I thought SWC was the best place to play at?
Well that depends on what you like. Im not sure but i think seals have the biggest player base.
But if u have 1 freroll per hour and 180 players each time ur chances of winning are slim. Smaller sites are better for poor ppl. Seal is good for rich ppl.  BitsPoker will be for both and we plan to take our player base seriously. So if u have some suggestions please feel free to send Cyrus a pm.

Besr of luck!

Thank you both Smiley and I hope to see you online .
I might when I have the time to sit down.

Fyi: now in public beta u get 1000 starter chips to battle for the main prizes. 30june all balances and the real fun starts. Cyrus is the main developer so u can ask him if u got any questions about the software or anything else.

NOTE TO SELF: check out his faucet when i come home.

My first bitcoin poker experience was there, yes, it's popular. But competition is healthy for players.

BitsPoker.com tries to be the best place to get your poker on. Check us out!

Seals with clubs is an awesome site.

I love it there, I've yet to try the others though so my view may be a tad skewed.

There have be alot of extra transactions to make up for the sick difficulty after asics came. People are getting 80gh 500gh units every day :S

Yeah, you are right, and of cause poker itself can not be the main source for transactions, but it would be a nice addition.

Anyway, beeing able to play poker with BTC would be great and would also increase the interest for BTC among the public.

You are welcome to join us at BitsPoker . You can find the information in the main post. Freerolls are up . Public Beta is going well and affiliate system should come tomorrow i think . Cyrus is working on it atm
