I expect it will stay around $70, or maybe even dip down to $50-60 at some point, until the MtGox issues are worked out.
If they are worked out in a positive way, and they are able to resume transfers in the US, with the blessing of the federal government, then I expect another explosion upward in bitcoin price.
If things go sour, and they cant get the issues with USD withdrawals taken care of, then I think bitcoin will drop to $40-50 or so, but it will not go much below that. It is still possible to get the BtC out into USD if you want. It is just more difficult without MtGox (and if they get dropped with this, that is bad for the other exchanges too).
