2. The level decrease by one after a withdrawal returns to its place;
3. Enormous discounts on 4, 5 stacks (levels)!
4. Withdrawal fee is cancelled. No more comission

is the rule, if you withdraw downgrade to 1 lv, still on? since in the faq and rule i didn't read it
