as everyone expects bitcoin price will be pump in the marketplace very soon and we need big investors to show their retention on cryptocurrency and blockchain based projects. We people or keen to know the investment details from the Facebook company, Starbucks and so on. Then moon value will easily predictable.

There are many people who see positive signals, whether with charts or their personal opinion. But there are still some negative signals that may suggest that another drop is still possible (in the $1000 range). And people avoid considering this. It's more likely that we'll see a good climb than a drop, but there are still some clouds around, and I wouldn't say BTC is in a "safe zone".

The BTC halving argument is one I stop to read about. The Halving will matter to me after May next year, not before.
The signal reading these days cant be rely on because the crypto market drift price simultaneously cause is yet to be in the safe zone as you said but it history replicating itself.

It's most likely. Some factors include the following:
1. China's president Xi Jinping announcement of support to blockchain technologies.

When they mention "Blockchain technologies" they're not talking about cryptocurrencies. They referer to private blockchains, startups, etc.  Cheesy
That's correct and I'm surprised most people believe the Chinese government statement was the reason for the recent surge in price of the crypto market while they still detest bitcoin.

I don't agree with the OP, Moon is to close and that goal is for some other coin - BTC should go much further. Like Sinatra sings "Fly me to the moon, Let me play among the stars, Let me see what spring is like on, A-Jupiter and Mars". So I'm more aiming for Mars or Jupiter, but don't get me wrong, I don't mean anything like John McAfee Wink

Starting from the definition of soon "Soon is defined as in a short time, in the near future or quickly.", I would say it all depends on how certain terms are interpreted. But BTC to the Moon in short time - NO - BTC to the Moon quickly - NO - and in near future probably YES. Very likely in the next 5 years, which is certainly much before people will arrive at Mars Smiley

What do you think?
Hard still to believe because of what we are seeing at this moment. If you are not new in this industry you should know what I am talking about. There were many assumptions created by the majority for this year's cryptomarket behavior but none of it occur as far as I know especially in particular with market recovery. It is okay to believe that something positive will happen but do not rely on such assumption that much. Be patient and trust the process.

Actually those assumptions help people to earn and we really need those to create positive mindset so that it will contribute to the growth of bitcoins and the happening from the past days is a good indication that we will see a pump by next year and if you look on the chart you can see.as the statistics show we can see more good things in future. But I agree with you on not to rely since we might fall if we will not see a great position with bitcoins next year.

What do you think?
What do you think too? Bitcoin is far from the moon yet not until we step the year 2020. No one knows yet if on or before the halving we could see the bitcoin going to the moon. As of now you will have to wait until the right time comes and you won't probably gonna regret it while waiting. Bitcoin to the moon is just around the corner.

What do you think?
Bitcoin will still have a chance to fly again to the moon and I know all of us are waiting for this moment. Maybe in the year 2020 or 2021 we can see new bull run and in fact we have a big event in this coming year which is bitcoin halving and this thing can also trigger the price to increase. Lastly, the price of bitcoin is very volatile and we not totally sure if the price will really go up but keep on believing and hold your bitcoin.

You’re looking at around 12-18 months after the halving that things start to get crazy.
*After* the halving?  If I'm not mistaken, bitcoin started to rise a few weeks or months before the last halving and didn't do anything crazy that could be related to it months afterward.  And for the life of me I can't even remember when the last halving was but I was watching the speculation and the action before and after it actually happened.  Bitcoin did hit its all time high afterward, correct?  But it was quite a long time after, but please correct me if I'm wrong.

Op, I think this is a crap topic and if you start a thread you should at least give your own opinion instead of just asking a one line question, especially a vapid question like the one you asked.  Just a suggestion.

What do you think?

Soon enough.

I think we are slowly building out a new range, a la Q1-Q2 2016. No need to fret, this is actually a good thing. Slow moon is the best moon. With any luck, we've still got another 6+ months of trading below $20K ahead of us.

The market is really  building it's rhythm  but who knows the future? maybe we can see a good thing coming this year but provably it will not reach to $20k level since end of the year is so near  to happen and most provably we can see the good effect by the time we will getting near close to halving day and hopefully we can reach again to $20k after 6 months or maybe closed to it.

With respect for bitcoin reaching at $20K each, I guess that's far too long to achieve this year and if bear market will stay dominating the entire crypto system; that expected price will not be possible. By the year 2020, more people we're sighting a productive market as many predictions came out with most promising feedback but I am still referring on the actual trend and not the predictions. So far, there's more speculators tried to show some of their graphs and yet the results is far more to be witnessed along with realistic outcome.

What do you think?
Just hope that will happen, you can buy bitcoin as much as you can and hold it until the moon comes.

I think there are many countries who have known it and even they have considered to accept it which is mean we don't need to worry about becoming a bitcoin holder/investor.

Don't know the exact time for that question but as same with many replies here, it will happen before or after the halving period. Chances that people will go crazy to buy before halving and begin the pumped or big whales will buy and lift the market.

Hold if you already have enough stored inside your wallet or buy if you still haven't got your asset, don't let yourself be left behind.

What do you think?

How soon will it happen? I guess that nobody will know. But if we take a look at the bitcoin process right now, the chance to increase becomes bigger, and although the price now is still at $9k, it will rise soon and will reach a higher rate. Until that time, we could only wait for what happened while we could buy bitcoin to prepare for that time. Once the price can increase higher, that will make many people amazed, and people in out there will shock to see the highest rate of bitcoin.

Not so soon but it will come. My pick would be after the halving and wait until 6 or more months then boom, we're going to the moon. Look at the most replies, everyone is expecting positive things to be brought up after the halving.

It's okay to speculate but it's like the market cycle is already taking its place. While waiting for that time, you must commit yourself first on accumulation.

I guess there will be a simultaneous rise of Bitcoin beginning this month until late 2020 or early 2021. Though it is a gradual rise, but surely it will show gains enough to be noticeable to anyone who's monitoring the market.
If we take a look back everytime the bitcoin reward halving takes place, there will be a slow rise from 6 to 5 months before the halving, then It will sky rocket months after the Halving as well. So, I think we will see Bitcoin slowly rising to the moon sooner.

What do you think?

May be this incoming 2020. Halving is near to start though. And it never failed to happen. In addition we might be able to experience bull run with that who knows maybe it would go more than what 2017 did right? Besides there aren't big issues currently or soon to happen we need to worry about. China is now adopting crypto currency which also plays a big role in crypto currency community. Few governments are also accepting it now. Good news it is.

What do you think?
In my own personal opinion, there is a huge chance that bitcoin could go to the moon again or reach it's price up to $20,000 again just like in the year of 2017, but for now i think bitcoin will not reach it's price up to $20,000 before the end of this year of 2019 because bitcoin is still recovering it's price due to it's downturn. I think bitcoin could go to the moon maybe in the year of 2021 because there are predictions that bitcoin halving will happen in the starting year of 2021.
I think no one predict the future days because I saw many peoples are predict next year growing only so we expect some good hype 2020. Previous growing have some too many stastics so we don't compare the past uptrend. This year Bitcoin was growing perfectly so I hope next year also it will continue and end of the year 13k to 15k USD will possible.

Yes it is.  Wink
Kidding.
Who knows?
I don't. Will you believe something that will be said by  someone you don't really know?  Grin
I do think that there is a chance to the moon at some date in the future. But for now, let us leave it with this kind of wave.
Too much ruckus is happening with different government and want to shut bitcoin down.
Let them have war first.  Grin

I’m not thinking too much about bitcoin price right now, if its going to up then so be if but for now my focus is to get more bitcoin at a very cheap price as much as possible. If the moon is soon to come then we might not be able to buy more bitcoin because its expensive so let’s take this easy.

Yes, I agree with you, we don't need to think too hard about when bitcoin will go to the moon. what is clear is that bitcoin will definitely go to the moon after halving by 2020. all we have to think about now is how to collect more bitcoin at low prices or for free. and also many predict that before bitcoin is reduced by half it will go down. well, if this happens this is a good opportunity for us to buy bitcoin at a cheaper price.
