Yes. Some users have 200+ account with same IP. I had to make a solution, so you will only have one account per IP. I hope it's working!

tried chrome and IOS,,, still nothing,, maybe its a east coast thing. friend of mine cant access it either

I had to switch to chrome. my internet explore wouldn't run it
