Every business has this kind of people, if you check this reputable exchanges like Coinbase, Poloniex, kraken, Binance, Bittrex, they all have users trashing their services but it doesn't make them a scam services. I guess its part of every business to deal with this kind of people.
Btc2Double has thousands of positive reviews, the ratio negative/positve reviews is like 2%/98%
