BTC38 is one of the most famous exchange during China,except for the bitcoin and litecoin market,it also include of many different altcoins could be trading.

first of all,I'm not the BTC38 offical,i had no reason to speak in defense of them.
I also feel disapponit about the YBC added,I though it suck
But RIC is a good coin,consider of the recession for the whole market,i do not agree of blame all mistake to BTC38
Maybe you could check for their offical announcement,they admit for this time adding new coin failure and promise to improve their work,just in case do not let their fans disappointed anymore

everytime before BTC38 add new coin it will depend on the voting & they also will do some detail reserach,we're sure that it may do much better in the furture.
