Yes for desktop (2$) & mobile/tablet (1$).
If you send both traffic then CPM calculated for both, so CPM little bit low as you seen in payout rates.

We are new shortener with less advertising networks but still have high CPM rates compare to other shorteners. we try to keep CPM rates above 1$ all the time for "All views" from same user and same IP .
