If you have a deposit bonus on your account then all payouts are credited to your account, even if you enter a auto/direct payout address. Your manual withdrawal has been approved and should be sent any moment.

Anyway to disable the bonus? I'm not really interested in bonuses and would like to have any wins sent directly to my address.
The bonus promotion has ended now so all payout wins should be sent to your payout address if you provide one from now on.

The majority of the issues you brought up are cosmetic only, and the ones that were not were addressed within minutes of you letting us know.
We have already refunded your deposit amount (0.025) and credited a bonus as a courtesy. Even with the provably fair link added you PM'd us insinuating the hand you lost with your free bonus was rigged.

No. You have not sent me hand history yet. BTCBook refunded my deposit after blackmailing and then credited 0.01 bonus.
