I received the unlock email etc, I clicked cashout and it said that I requested a cashout but coins never left the pool for almost 15 minutes.
I requested another cashout and it says " You already have one active manual payout request. "

I am waiting also and did the same thing, not sure how long manual payout takes but they have been responsive.

Yesterday I start to mining first on minerpools.com pool with two AntMiner S1 with 380 GH/s and with one RockMiner 33 GH/s solomining...sooo....I found just 1 block with solomining 80 BTCD and on minerpools.com I found 630 BTCD in 45 minutes and today in the morning on Bittrex.com I sell 150 BTCD for 0.00033 and 0.00030 and the rest for 0.000175 and I finished with 0.1556 BTC so I'm really very very happy today
